Nothing. I say this as someone who works in a research lab where we currently have live coronavirus inside of mice. We take human lung tissue from cadavers, bilaterally surgically implant them into mice dorsal to the scapulae (they look like they have shoulder pads, it's actually pretty cute), and then we inject them with live corona for various tests that happen afterwards. If I wore that useless little thing I just linked to into the biosafety level 4 facility at work where we currently have live coronavirus inside of mice, I would get fired on the spot with no questions asked. But you go on pretending you know what you're talking about, red. It's quality entertainment. The point of a cloth mask is to reduce the velocity of droplets that the virus travels on. Of course it's not as effective as an N95. But the general public also isn't supposed to be hanging out with coronavirus patients or live samples of the virus.
