This cop shot an innocent, unarmed man who had his hands up. Hypothetically, let's say that someone else in the area had a firearm and saw the cop shoot said innocent, unarmed man. Do you believe that it would be within the witness' rights to fire on the officer in order to protect the life of the victim?
