I have a sheet of questions I ask and filled out, though someone then come prepared with one filled out. I also get them to fill out a sheet on a specific website with certain information. If they need to talk to any specialist, they do that during debrief as well. Then I take the forms, add a few things, and then make sure they match the digital version or forms, which is on a website. Thats mostly what it consist of. They also sometimes share some cool stuff with us. After that, they have another debrief they go to thats much longer. Normally. I hear they sometimes skip it or something. Oh.
