I bought Shuggy, and was very disappointed personally, but maybe you'll like it more. MSM is one of the best games of the year so far imo
I'm all about platforming, and I'm loving Shuggy. I haven't even played Splosion Man, so MSM didn't make any sense to buy right now.

Tell me how Backbreaker is. A friends told me the full game was a fun time.
Really didn't get into HMH, the controls are so bad!
I was actually laughing and talking to myself about what was happening when I was playing backbreaker. The full game that came out a couple years ago or last year, whenever it was, that wasn't worth sixty bucks. This though ... this is worth 15, easy. It's just damn fun. The tackles are the best.
