What's the controversy? People bitch all the time about sexualizing fictional highschool characters, now someone finally does a sexy college girl and there's still bitching going on?

There is a growing case of sliding standards in the Social Justice regions of fandom. There are now people who literally believe that anybody under 25 -- when the brain is supposedly done developing -- is "underage". I've seen it over in Fire Emblem fandom (e.g. people calling Sylvain underage in Three Houses when he is canonically 20 before the timeskip).

To say that things are getting out of control is a bit of an understatement.
