There are now people who literally believe that anybody under 25 -- when the brain is supposedly done developing -- is "underage". I've seen it over in Fire Emblem fandom (e.g. people calling Sylvain underage in Three Houses when he is canonically 20 before the timeskip). To say that things are getting out of control is a bit of an understatement.
