Not every construction company is that big to afford that. Most are small with typically no benefits. Then as the company grows they may get benefits. These 20 year olds think they are entitled to like the company truck the first month into the job when they haven't shown that they earned it. Also some companies tend to not grow cause they cater to people in the lower income bracket so doing a bathroom reno would be cheaper than hiring a company with bigger overhead.
