Replying to this might be a bad idea but here goes <_<

I don't know that I want to start a whole discussion about mental health here, but I'd say that, no, this isn't saying not to have anxiety, this more like saying you can develop techniques and learned behaviors to manage your anxiety. I can give examples of that but maybe that would be best done in DM's or somewhere else.

In regards to memory, you just want to perform some simple repetitive exercises to keep a small number of things in focus, A simple example would be repeating a few things you see to yourself out loud or in your head. If I see red13 and sytha in weapons, if I get to the meeting I might forget who I saw in weapons. so next time I see that, i'll just repeat that to myself, "red13 and sytha in weapons", "red13 and sytha in weapons" while I'm running around. If I end up seeing ermine in navigation, i might add that to my repeat. " i saw red13 and sytha in weapons, ermine in nav," "red13 and sytha in weapons, ermine in nav". I might see other people but I won't add everybody to the mantra.

When I get to the meeting... i don't remember everything I saw, but if red died.... i can at least contribute that i saw red13 and sytha in weapons.

Maybe this it sounds dumb or just really basic but i actually do this, if you guys could hear me the entire time between meetings you'd be hearing this shit non stop.

It might not put me on the same level as what everyone else seems to be doing, but it doesn't really matter. It's an improvement at a part of the game i have trouble with, like any other skill.
