Well, this is Northern England and I'm Scottish, so I might get this wrong but I believe it is...

Smack barm - a reference to barm cake, basically a kind of sweet roll made with barm, which is the foam of fermented beer.
Pey wet - the local dialect for pea wet, which is the water left behind from mushy peas.
Babby's yed - local dialect for steak and kidney pudding.
Wigan Kebab - a speciality of that specific area's chip shops; it's a meat and poatato pie inside butter barm cake.
