I do remember that floor being ridiculous on the regular difficulty too, but nowhere even near as frustrating without the enemy regeneration. Yeah, I loved the trials too on Master Mode because they really make you use the combat mechanics of the game to the fullest, without the help of Champion powers. I do wish they added some rooms for the final trials though.
