It actually grew on me as I kept listening, which was neat. It made me feel happy and vaguely inspired. If I'm ranking correctly, it's on the pleasant side and not neutral, though I wouldn't ever seek it out or remember its name. If it was weather it would sunny, partly cloudy. A respectanble song. I mean I didn't like this EVO one as much, though it's really more of a gut feeling. I did not enjoy the addition of so much horn. Did the original have a lot of horn? Lots of trumpets and the little piano section at 1:33 reminds me of Pokmon Colosseum music (as do many other things as I have realized from hundreds of VGM writeups, but it's a great soundtrack!) The Evo variant of this sounds less loud and in your face, but has a more solemn tone. Some neat little classical music influence at the end there. These actually don't sound all that different from one another.
