DAY 15: The House of the Witch
On Netflix

So I said "I want to have tomorrow with good movies" and I meant it. But I watch stuff that may or may not be good but it looks like I don't need to pay a ton of attention to during the day. I usually watch stuff while I work from home now. Multitasking. Good stuff. The House of the Witch was perfect for this.

This movie is about a bunch of college kids going to their local witch's home. Then a bunch of random and bad stuff happens to them in increasingly more deadly ways such as curses and stuff.

The highlight of this movie was the beginning where local shit teenager with a black t-shirt and white lettering saying "whatever." on it goes to the house to bust it up and is promptly murdered by the witch.

From there, it's downhill. It's just a generic 'locked in a haunted/demonic house' movie. I just don't get why this was even made. It brought nothing new to the table and didn't really do anything particularly good. It's a bland, forgettable movie that lost my attention at record pace, because nothing that happens is particularly interesting aside from gruesome stuff that happens to the college folks.

That's really all there is to it.
