It stars Kathy Bates as an obsessed fan of her favorite author who ends up breaking his leg in a car crash in a snow storm. She decides to take care of him, but he begins to see the extent of her obsession with him. What can I say? It's an all time classic and it's Kathy Bates at her best. The pacing is great and there are moments in this movie that are just absolutely unsettling. Go out of your way to watch Misery. It's one of the best. --- I stream sometimes.
