that's hiseki erio, remarkable in being the least remarkable existing member linked to the chucolala group from major vtuber/designer paryi (known for others like Kagura Mea, Ars in nijisanji, Artia and whatnot). Paryi himself is a pretty significant person on bilibili, and as a result all the talents associated with him also have larger fanbases over there, which is fortunate in the case of the Chucolala members who are otherwise pretty damn unsuccessful for pseudo-commercial vtubers. That said, it was always only a relative thing, they were still very obscure, and Erio herself was one of the worst off.

whatever the cause of this attention, i'm pretty glad it happened since it has really planted the group in an excellent position to define the landscape of the vtuber scene over there which has otherwise been imploding thanks to hololive's abandonment of the platform (besides HoloCN who appear to be potentially becoming indies). This might just save it.
