"I hate to ask but I just fell into this mud after playing American football with my teammates and I simply must go wash up, I'm a sincerely ghastly sight. I know this may sound a tad weird but I have a dreadful irrational phobia of showers you see, I can't have one without someone to comfort me and help. I'm okay with support but on my own I'm prone to get scared and panic. So I'm in a spot of bother, the other girls have gone straight to the pub to celebrate our victory over Italy but I need to go back to the changing rooms first to shower and umm....well change. I am frightfully dirty don't you know? It's most unpleasing. I know it's awkward and normally I would never cause a fuss but I simply don't know anyone else around here and you seem like a decent chap. Can you help me?
