(the evo version that is) Heiyue Trading Company is a generally chilling theme song that serves the introduction to imo one of the most sinister characters in the entire series. Evo version takes the main line that contributes to this (around 0:40) and absolutely butchers it, turning it into a happy Chinese festival theme.
