Topic | Help? I'm a skinny guy who's been going to the gym 3-4x a week for 2 months now. |

I'm about your size, and I eat roughly twice a day; I cannot gain muscle that way. When I was eating 3-4 meals a day I was able to gain some because I had something my body could turn into muscle.
