Odd how the recount was faster than the first If I had to guess, the lack of having to open 2 envelopes for every mail-in ballot sped the process up. They're also up against a much closer deadline of 11/18 to get it done in time for the state to certify the result on 11/20. Also, the state isn't done counting ballots.
