Yep, I get it.

I'm a pretty avid lifter and a couple years ago I had an absolutely debilitating hip, uhh problem. I never went to the Dr to actually see if something was torn or anything. In fact I have no idea what even caused it. All I know is at one day it decided to go to shit. Anyway it was so bad that if I put too much weight on that leg it would just give out. Tripping on anything was an auto fall to the ground, I decided to let it rest by stop doing anything involving my hips or legs too much. This is was hard because the nature of my job was very demanding, and like I said I like to lift. By essentially cutting out my lower legs lifts, and having very limited walking or using my legs in general, it finally go to the point where it went away.

I'm also the person who absolutely hates doctor visits or minute clinic shit. So I don't go unless it's super serious.

Seek a doctor if it gets too bad, but at the end of the day it comes down to time and pain management.
