XI. It means Pun wouldn't win User of the Year either. Now I know what you are thinking: Hey! I thought you liked Pun! I do like Pun. Pun is a man of the people! But imagine what the success of winning User of the Year would do to Pun. Poor, humble Pun would be be cornered from all sides with new expectations! He wouldn't know what to do with himself. Board 8 is a dangerous place and Pun is simply not ready for the mantle of User of the Year. He needs more seasoning. Do any of you remember what happened when a young, bright eyed Extha won User of the Year early in his career? He got tattoos, got super tanned, and did a heel turn and started to kick people in the head. I don't want the same fate to fall onto Pun. He's top ten right now and you know what? That's bloody fantastic I'd say. Amazing effort and it shows just how good of a person he is, because popularity as we know translates directly to how good of a person you are. However with all of that said he can't be allowed to win. He just can't. It'd change him into something we would not recognize. I, on the other hand, can shoulder that burden. I can place the title of User of the Year on my broad shoulders and still walk upright. I owe it not only to you, my fans, but also to Pun himself to carry the hardship that I know he cannot. And I will do it gladly.
Campaign Promise # 2: When I win User of the Year I will not pull a Yoblazer, make a dumbass topic about shaving, and then spend the rest of my days on a porch shaking my fist. I will be a fighting champion. I'll defend this title at in the indies and whenever challenged. I'll even go to the UCA as the User of the Year champion and run gauntlet matches. I will be afraid of no challenger!
