This isnt a natural disaster like a hurricane or an earthquake. Making fun of something like that would be shitty. But this is a snow storm.

I never considered this topic against the ToS, so I wasnt understanding the problem with this topic in that regard.

I do disagree with this though. Getting extreme weather in places it is rare and causes power outages or is ill-equipped to handle it for people to function normally is a natural disaster. Not causing destruction but severe problems for people caused by weather is a disaster. Its just semantics though, I wouldnt argue its taking the definition literally vs general accepted thoughts of disaster.
