@CanuckCowboy for it follows ending.. I think the monster being took shape of Jay's father in the very end. And although it seemed like they were able to kill It with a head gunshot. I feel that the It had simply fallen back and left the area, making them think they killed It and that everything was over. Also the ending leaves it open to interpretation as you see Jay and the boyfriend walking down the street and in the background a person is following them. Not saying if that was simply a regular person or if It wanted more from Jay.
