Yeah I used to work admissions at the hospital and there are people out there who look like theyre 40 with a six pack and they're 60. I don't think most people even know that's possible

And it's not good genes. It's exercise and diet

This. Genes can be a part of it but its about staying active. My dads 65 and strong as shit and he can hike 12 hours non stop over pretty gnarly terrain. And its because he's always been doing shit like that.

My grandmas were a perfect example. One just wanted to sit and read and eventually became so weak she needed a wheel chair and the other did her own grocery shopping and lived independently into her 90s because she was always out walking and doing stuff.
