| foxhound101 03/19/21 3:22:05 PM #19: | Congrats! I recently went through some odd Analyst / Senior Analyst title shenanigans at my current company. Basically what happened was that 80% of the department was senior analysts and they thought that was too many when they did redid the job titles a year ago. They moved me down to an analyst (along with many others) and I was pissed off lol. But it worked out. I got my senior title back a couple weeks ago. And because that was a promotion instead of senior to senior it came with a raise. So it was actually better it happened this way. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
