I won't list all the reasons as much of it probably falls into personal preference, but I will say the most egregious offense: the game is unbelievably slow. I've never played a game where the camera moves at a snail's pace even when set at max speed. Even the battles at max speed kind of drag. 12. Beat a game made by a developer you've never tried Cyber Shadow (Mechanical Head Studios). After the 230 hour slog from DQ11, this was a nice short refresher, clocking in at 6 hours.
