The home team needed a win to keep their playoff chances alive, but it was not to be. The Dreams managed only 2 hits, while four Cutters went deep in a 9-0 rout. The Tabula division is all clinched up, with California falling out of the race at 3-4, Atlanta safe with 5-2 regardless of their last game, and Osaka sitting on top with 6-2 and a tiebreaker advantage should it come to that.
