That's true. Though I think the John Glen directed Moore films (For Your Eyes Only, Octopussy, A View To A Kill) are actually pretty good. The Timothy Dalton movies are good as well, as is Goldeneye and Casino Royale. So by my tally, since Diamonds are Forever there were eight meh-to-poor Bond films and seven decent-to-great Bond films. I'm fine with that track record.
