Topic	The average US adult only takes 5000 steps each day
Straughan 07/18/21 8:03:56 AM #4:	I sometimes do an hour of elliptical high resistance in the morning and an hour of neighborhood walking at night and I'm no where near 10000 My pedometer says over 18k yesterday but it's probably a damn liar.
