And how'd they come up with the significance for this 5,000 number? Because knowing the other nonsense you believe, I'm guessing it's some non-medical person from over a hundred years ago who specifically said the calculation wasn't meant to be used like that. Clench do you ever make a topic that's not some kind of humblebrag or smug "you guys need to learn how to get healthier like me" He's always been pretty heavily gimmicked, but lately he's leaned so far into the gimmick that I'm not sure there's anything but gimmick now.
