I think I should get back to doing that Counting calories is pretty simple and there are ways to ballpark unknowns pretty accurately... but moreover, I think there's a psychological thing about the physical act of making a count of calories also makes you lose weight cuz you're thinking more or something --- "Salt cures Everything!"
