If there's a number of workers who all share ownership in the company, it's a socialist cooperative. But if you hire wage workers who don't own the company, it's a capitalist business. Also note that even if you're the boss, you might not wholly own the company. For example, if you pay rent on your workspace or interest on a loan, there's a capitalist profiting off of you.
