Lots of elite athletes do things that are actually terrible for their body in the long run, or just general people who try to get in shape. And plenty of people are "naturally" skinny even if they actually eat like crap. Now of course regardless of what is healthy, it's pretty universal that obesity is unhealthy, but I think it's less about painting it as healthy and more about not overwhelming people with more negativity. And people also get fat shamed in much more marginal cases but it's debatable if being slightly overweight is all that unhealthy ... Copied to Clipboard! |
