Topic	I hate when people use those ear phones.

Yeah, plus they all seem compelled to be face to face with someone even if it's not who they're talking with. It's ok when they're already talking and approach to maybe get something off the desk or out of the drawer. Yet they'll instead approach first, look directly at me, then start talking.
