How much ice cream are you getting that an hour of intense biking would only cover 20%? Just get less of it lol.

And it's okay to give in to your cravings occasionally. You only fail if you get discouraged and don't get back on the wagon. Have your ice cream, satiate your cravings, and get right back on that wagon tomorrow.

P.S. DON'T get discouraged if you see you gained a ton of weight tomorrow and the day after. Your body will want to retain a lot of water after eating like that. It's not noticeable if you always eat that way, since you're always retaining it, but if you've been dieting and shedding the pounds it will make a difference to the scale and your waistline. Just let it come off naturally; remember to gain a pound of actual fat you'd need to eat a surplus of 3500 calories.
