Same with Brynhildr (though she's a little trickier to no damage since she's pretty fast as well) Besides I don't think you're losing that much real time on speed 1 anyway with Rem being on turbo ATB. Also on speed 5 it also makes haste RM more questionable if the bars fill up so fast anyway, you might as well just use Iris as the magicite caster and give her dualcast or damage+ RM to deal with tankier bosses.
