I didn't set out to make gluten-free pancakes but these are gluten-free

Used oats to make them

Are they certified gluten free oats??

(Not so) fun fact, unless oats are certified gluten free they're probably contaminated by wheat that is grown in the same field or processed using the same equipment.

Which means you can get 10 lbs of quaker oats for $5 at Costco, or 2 lbs of Bob's red Mill certified gluten free oats for $8

I just stopped eating oats every day and just have some certified ones around for occasional baking.
