Not sure off the top of my head whether or not I even got any 4%s for elemental bonus, though; I was getting a bunch of the DRB/brief stat increase ones. Im also getting fairly close to the inventory cap on HE since Ive tried to avoid combining pieces suboptimally (so I have like a bunch of spears for example because I dont care about Cid VII or Freya but ideally would like to get the bonus xp for using those to level up other spears).
