I think this one might be the worst gate yet because not only do you have the normal Inazuma gate, but you have to do Seirai Stormchasers, another big exploration-heavy questline, to unlock the Tsurumi one. I know part of it is deliberate to incentivize players to get to endgame quickly for the limited events, but I'm hoping that it stops being quite as bad once we get out of Inazuma.
