After reaching LV21, the HP total went down to 104. I tried it again with LV22, and the same thing happened: 104->96. Honestly, it looks like that glitch is locked into the save, so, the only thing I can really do, is cut him from the party. Not a huge loss, especially since I have so many other characters that can fill the vacant slot. Also, after all of the leveling I've done, I should have sufficient stats to complete the game, I'm just going to go for the endgame the next time I play. It's time to move on.
