17 y/o Frank Deleon Jr was charged with first degree murder after he killed his 15 y/o ex gf Diamond Alvarez by Shooting her in the BACK 22 TIMES as she walked her dog near her home in Houston after she accused him of INFIDELITY!!

She was killed just 2 blocks from her home while walking her dog as she was meeting Frank at around 930pm to confront him for dating her whole he was in a long term relationship with another girl

That is when he got her 22 times in the back as she walked off

Her mother, Anna Macado said Deleon texted her to meet him in a field shortly before she was killed as the 2 have gone out for less than a year and never saw any red flags to warn her that she was in danger even though her daughter was always crying about him

He is now arrested and charged with murder and his defense is asking for a 250K bond but prosecutors said he was attempting to fly the coop when he was arrested after packing his bags and clothes in a suitcase...

Machado hopes he is held without bond on the gruesome murder

Machado says they heard multiple gunshots at a distance before scratches on the door and found it was the family dog with a leash and blood on its paws

The dog, named Peanut was by himself and they knew something was wrong said Ashley, the teen's older sister

They quickly ran to find her when their youngest son found her at a field where she was still alive as the mother desperately gave CPR but she died at the scene

She was a straight A student who played volleyball and basketball and was looking forward to a career in cosmetology
