That still doesn't change the fact that Marvel turned Dr. King and Malcolm X analogs into White dudes. I understand that's the way it was going to be in a 1960s comic, but I think we're to a point now where we can have characters based off of civil rights leaders match the same ethnicity as the civil rights leaders.

I just think it's kind of a mistake for Magneto and Professor X to be White. Aside from Storm, the famous characters are pretty lacking in diversity anyway. It's not going to hurt anything for those two characters to be Black.

Oh yeah, I was just talking about his backstory -- I'm not against them being Black as that would make sense, and they could still keep Magneto's Holocaust origin while also making him Black at the same time.
