| Emeraldegg 01/28/22 9:58:16 AM #20: | I don't think there's really anything to do here besides just tell them what happened, you didn't mean to open the case, and you'll try to contact ebay to reverse the decision. But regardless of reason there is some burden on them for not only not having shipped the item but not even contacting you. And if something were really wrong I would expect someone to reach out to me preemptively and be like "hey sorry stuff came up, it won't get there for a while." Like I don't think you're guilty of stealing money here or something. It was an honest mistake on your end, but it wouldn't have happened had they either shipped on time or even just communicated. --- I'm a greener egg than the eggs from dr. seuss ...
