Until today all you could do was the shadow puzzle, firework smelting and treasure/sailing thing for Lantern Rite. You have to complete all the Lantern Rite story bits to unlock it, but the Beisht event itself isnt part of the story or anything at all. It feels pretty random honestly like if they made you fight Childe or Azhdaha as one of the events for no reason whatsoever.
