Totally effortless, just go to an ability you could afford, hold select, page down to an ability you can't afford, and select. Voila, either infinite or near infinite JP for that. Job. If the lotto failed and you just went to 0 JP instead, just load a save and try again! Didn't work on jobs with only one page of abilities, though.
