I used pvp for Drk and Pld so that I wouldn't have to actually touch Drk or remember how to use Pld. For Gnb, I am at least implementing the occasional other roulette since it's a dps disguised as a tank for faster queue reasons, like some kid trying to look older so they can get into an R-rated movie on their own. My Maelstrom pvp rank is almost 50 (2888/13620 on last rank), and any last remaining matches for it after Gnb hits 90 will go toward Nin, because again I want Nin to just be done.

For Mch and Dnc, at least I will no longer have to worry about positionals or aoe hell as I go to kill mobs during fates or skirmishes. It may take some serious convincing to get me to touch pvp again at that point, though I should, in theory, be a stone's throw from the Maelstrom Warstead, which I should have had by now (currently 87/100) if not for the many groups I keep getting that seem to soil themselves within moments of the matches starting.

It'll be nice if I can finish these soon so I can put a little time or energy towards materia for my gatherers or my crafters' off-hand tools. Then I'll hit Diadem and the Grade 4 expert crafts, and hope rng doesn't screw me on too many of the recipe completions. With the macro, melds, and food/pots I now have, getting the third collectible threshold is easy, as I have said before. Getting full Progress? I have to make a choice between the extra points given by this assured threshold and a more guaranteed win than what I should have by now. The planned Craftsmanship meld on my off-hand tools won't really help, as I'd need another 500-650 of the stat to save one Progress step. By the time we get that much? We'll be looking at Grade 5s and potentially Grade 6s for a competition that only bot-users will win . . . again. *sighs*
