Seems like a poorly implemented absentee/mail-in process could easily be rife with fraud, are they trying to get rid of it entirely, or make it more secure? I remember people were raising a big stink about Republicans trying to put in a requirement for having photo ID to vote, but pretty much every democracy in the world has that requirement already, and the US is the odd one out in just letting people show up --- Props to azuarc, the current Guru of the Decade.
