Remember how they walked that back and said them joining nato "wasn't a big deal" just a few weeks later when they both reaffirmed their desire to join nato? Ruzzia is just saber rattling and empty threats now. Everyone knows their army is a fugazzi that is all smoke and mirrors due to the rampant corruption over there. I'm convinced that their nuclear arsenal doesn't exist either.
