The gastroenterologist got to the ileum, realised he could peek further than they usually can, so he did. Bam. Found a neuroendocrine tumour. Thankfully, it was fairly small and looks like it hasnt reached any of the really scary stages. It was basically a mixture of pure curiosity and professional integrity on the part of the gastroenterologist.
