The Presidents used official methods to nominate each justice that everyone agreed on. Just because the Court ruled in a way that you don't like doesn't make it illegitimate. Just as how President Biden isn't an illegitimate President because Republicans don't like when he won, using official methods that everyone has agreed upon. They screwed up with Roe v.
