Just because the Court ruled in a way that you don't like doesn't make it illegitimate. Just as how President Biden isn't an illegitimate President because Republicans don't like when he won, using official methods that everyone has agreed upon. They screwed up with Roe v. Wade, but it isn't like they used underhanded methods to do it; they just wrongly viewed that the 14th Amendment doesn't cover abortions.
